Inconsistent performer who came good over 1m4f here last time from 4lb lower. Did his best work at the business end that day, so should be capable of seeing out this new trip, though whether he can defy the rise is a different matter.
Sole win from 19 attempts was in a 14f Haydock maiden (good to firm) in April 2015. Has run some very creditable races in defeat both on the Flat and over hurdles in the interim and now slipping to a more attractive mark. More interesting if the market speaks for him.
No win since he was campaigned in Germany going on for three years ago and has slid in the weights as a result. No recent signs that the drought is about to end, however, and hard to recommend especially over longer trip.
Has already proved his stamina over the extended 2m here when runner-up in a marathon handicap in November from 2lb lower. Was very disappointing when last of 12 as the favourite back here next time and may do better once again after a short break.
Runner-up twice in handicaps over 2m for Sir Mark Prescott. Dropped a further 1lb before this debut for new, in-form yard and should be thereabouts if straight enough after a break.
Without a win since June 2015 and when previously stepped up beyond 1m4f he has not convinced that he stays. Comes here in good form, however and if he does get home then his mark entitles him to be competitive.
Has never won beyond 1m4f, but has proved he gets further, being narrowly beaten over C&D last month. Up 3lb for that and both tongue strap and cheek pieces on here, so can still be bang there from this mark.
21-race maiden who is one-paced at the business end of her races, though otherwise hard to knock at this level. 2lb rise for latest short head defeat over C&D suggests that she will again be chasing one or two home today.
0-26 career profile says plenty and despite making the frame on seven occasions, there has been precious little recent encouragement that a first win is imminent.
Has made the frame just once from 11 attempts, although that did occur last time out from this mark over 1m5½f at Chelmsford. Not beyond hope that she can find some improvement and should be in the shake-up for some prize money once again.
Has a bit to find to confirm Chelmsford form with Topalova now 2lb worse off and also races from out of the handicap here. Is at least in reasonable form, however, and could again be in the mix.

A poor contest where Carvelas and Smiley Bagel both come here in cracking form, though have to prove themselves over today's longer trip. Neither can be ruled out, but one who is proven over further than this is MONJENI, and he is taken to score on his debut for an in-form yard. Surround Sound and Tingo In The Tale are others entitled to have a say.
