Faces a stiff test on these terms and has work to do in reversing recent C&D form form with Clonusker, despite being better off at the weights on this occasion.
Failed to get competitive last time out and needs to up his game today. Not without claims on the pick of his form, though. One to bear in mind for a place in in the frame if the market suggests last time out was just a blip.
Acts with some cut in the ground and, as a previous C&D winner, he has nothing for fear from the course layout. He showed a winning attitude under a 7lb penalty at Lingfield three weeks ago and, as he seems to be thriving on being kept busy, today's extra distance can play to his strengths.
Switches to chasing after a series of moderate efforts over timber. Plenty to prove just now and best watched for the time being.
Has a bit to prove after a couple of poor efforts since winning over 2m4f at Lingfield last November. Been off since January, so feasible the break will have freshened him up. May be best to gauge his standing in the betting before getting involved for win only purposes.
Has winning form over hurdles but is yet to convince over fences. Toiled at Wetherby last time out and has plenty to find on face value.
Yet to get his head in front when it matters over hurdles and makes only limited appeal on the form of his starts over fences. Best just watched for now.
lacks experience of fences and, given this is only her third start since April 2015, she has obviously had training issues. Not without ability over hurdles, though. So entirely possible she can improve for the switch. The yard has had 2 winners from just 25 runners during this current season. SO worth noting for signs of support.
Popular in the betting the last twice over hurdles but has failed to deliver on each occasion - fell heavily at the last at Exeter last month, so needs to prove that hasn't affected his confidence. Has gone well in point-to-points, so should be capable of handling regulation fences. One to keep tabs on in the betting.

The in-form CLONUSKER can confirm his superiority over Brice Canyon despite facing a stiffer task at the weights this time around. He will be suited by the trip and notable that his jockey takes a handy 3lb off his back with his claim. Likely to be available at longer odds, Goonjim has been well backed on a couple of occasions recently and is open to improvement now he switches for fences. Quarryman is taken as the best best of the rest.
