Comes here in top form after defeat of Greybougg (ran well in better company next time) at Carlisle and although handicapper has raised him 8lb for that, he looks to be improving quickly and that may not stop him.
Chasing debut under Rules for this point-to-point winner today, although not seen out since a disappointing effort at Leicester in December. Inconsistency was creeping into his work then, and although he should win a race or two over fences, best watched today.
Ran okay in first time cheekpieces latest start, being the only one to give the improving Doitforthevillage a race at Leicester, but the worry is that his best efforts seem to come over shorter, despite having won a 3m point-to-point in Ireland.
Twice a winner here this season and looked to be improving quickly until latest moderate effort at Plumpton, never looking likely to get involved in the finish. Possible a hard schedule has caught up with him, and passed over on that score.
Took advantage of the weak-finishing Storming Strumpet giving the race away at Leicester last time and an 8lb ride for that looks very harsh. Should handle expected conditions fine and is at least in form, but needs more from new mark.
Has some classy bumper form to his name (not far behind Brain Power on second run) and ran better than final placing suggests at Doncaster last time, travelling well and only giving way late. Looks nicely handicapped and one of the more interesting ones.
Wins in his turn, as he did at Warwick in December but has found like hard on latest two starts, although trip probably on the short side last time out. Needs to bounce back, but likelier winners all the same.

The one that has the potential to be better grade than this is DUNCOMPLAINING, who has the size and scope to do well over fences and looks very well handicapped on his bumper form. If he jumps well he could be hard to beat. Top weight Freddies Portrait is another going the right way and he can prove the danger. Gardiners Hill seems to like Hereford and can complete the podium.
