The form of that contest is working out well with the third and fourth both successful in maiden company since and it's possible that the selections bumper outing at Limerick 12 days later came too soon. Broken Soul has his fifth start over hurdles here and is taken to gain a fourth placing with another multiple placed hurdler Drumconnor Lad getting the better of the returning Sizinguptheamazon for third.
