Looks a different class to his opponents on hurdles form, and it was a satisfactory firs try over fences when second to Gala Ball at Exeter in February. Despite trip being on the short aide, he still looks too good for these.
Some useful enough form in Irish point to points two seasons ago to suggest there should be races to be won with him down the line, but hasn't shown much in two starts for new yard. More interesting once handicapped.

Big prices for both chase starts and has shown little, getting round in his own time at Market Rasen last time out.

Looked useful as a novice hurdler but has regressed, and now looks thoroughly exposed as moderate. Well beaten, albeit behind the useful Finian's Oscar, on latest start and needs the switch to fences to have a big effect.

Bred to want fences but has shown next to nothing to date, although may have needed recent run after a year off.

Forecasts

Bivouac (1/7), Seven Nation Army (5/1), Gorran Haven (12/1), Spoilt Rotten (25/1), Mr Jim (50/1)

Verdict

This looks an easy opportunity for BIVOUAC, who simply looks a different league to his four opponents on his hurdles form and put in a decent enough first effort over fences to suggest he has a future at the game. A solid round of jumping should see him home in front. Seven Nation Army is only moderate but may be good enough to take care of second, with Gorran Haven looking third best.
