A tight contest despite the disappointingly small field. Fiery Spice has certainly been given a fair opportunity to supplement his Southwell gains from a reasonable opening mark of 62, but both Lady Cristal and ARZAAK have experience of this track which might well prove crucial. The former won here over 6f last time in a maiden fillies contest, and shouldn't be bothered by dropping in trip, but narrow preference is for Arzaak, who despite remaining a maiden could be suited by this small field as connections reach for the first time cheek-pieces seeking the small extra margins which can help to facilitate a first career success.
