Has looked a star performer on both his starts so far, including when beating Master Blueyes as easily as he liked to land a juvenile hurdle at Kempton last time. Would be a big disappointment for connections if he didn't follow up here.
Was much better at Newbury last time on second start in Britain having disappointed when favourite on debut in the country at Exeter the time before. This is a different proposition to that last race though, and he should find at least one or two too good.
French import who makes his first British start today. Put up a good performance in his home country to beat the talented Don Bersy, and adds a fascinating extra angle to this race.
Was pulled up on his only other start at this level, and with his only win over jumps coming in a minor event at Plumpton, he looks set for a minor role once again.
C&D winner who won his first two starts over hurdles before not quite coping with a step up in class last time. This grade is higher again than that Listed contest, and he's entitled to find himself pitched too deep once again.
Has franked the form of Charli Parcs' win at Kempton with a victory of his own since finishing second that day. Clearly has to improve based on form, but has done so on every start so far, though he didn't face much of a test at Ludlow last time.
Has been beaten twice at short odds in his last three runs, including at 1/7fav last time when only just holding second. Suspicion is that he may not be as good as connections thought, and others hold more convincing claims here.
Well beaten last time having impressed in a novice hurdle on debut over jumps. This is another step up in class, and a lot more will be needed here.
Fair Flat performer who makes his debut over obstacles today in what is also his first run for some new connections. Wears a tongue strap and worth a check in the betting.
Lost nothing in defeat when second to the Triumph Hurdle favourite at Chepstow last time. Looks one of the better ones of the basis of form so far, but must take another step forward to be competitive with Charli Parcs.
Forecasts
Charli Parcs (8/15), Evening Hush (6/1), Master Blueyes (13/2), Fidux (12/1), Flying Tiger (16/1), Percy Street (16/1), Bedrock (25/1), Ibleo (25/1), Templier (66/1), East Indies (66/1)
This is one of those races that really does revolve around one horse, and if CHARLI PARCS can repeat the form of his Kempton win he may not even need to live up to his huge reputation. Prominent in the betting for both the Supreme Novices Hurdle and the Triumph Hurdle, this should be a formality ahead of his appearance at Cheltenham, wherever that is, in a few weeks. Evening Hush has only been defeated by the impressive Defi De Seuil over hurdles and can be the one to chase him home, ahead of Ibleo, if his time away from the track isn't an issue on his first start for Venetia Williams.
1. Charli Parcs
2. Evening Hush
3. Ibleo
