€18,000 3-y-o, Kalanisi gelding is due plenty respect on racecourse for reliable trainer.
Soldier of Fortune gelding cost €36,000 and makes clear appeal for this given leading trainer and prominent jockey booking.
Trainer in fine recent form and it wouldn't be any kind of shock to see this Danehill Dancer gelding go well on debut.
Getaway gelding cost €30,000 and is likely to have his supporters for this first racecourse outing.
Boasts a run on the track but finished seventh of nine at Leopardstown and needs a big jump forward or will be playing backmarker role again.
Beat Hollow gelding has some good pedigree and would be of interest if gaining any traction in the market with excellent bumper rider booked.
Network gelding may want further than this in time, not to be written off on debut however.
One of two with prior track experience, finishing fourth of eight at Naas last month and setting a fairly modest target for the newcomers in the process.
Didn't cost as much as stablemate Getaway John but might be the trainer's leading hope if jockey bookings are anything to go on.
Just the trainer's fourth bumper runner, yet to hit the frame in three previous attempts and others are preferred in this.
Wears tongue strap on first racecourse appearance and other make more appeal for a race likely to be dominated by newcomers.
Forecasts
Remastered (3/1), Riders Onthe Storm (3/1), Early Doors (7/2), Getaway John (8/1), Stooshie (8/1), Cask Mate (12/1), Frank Wilde (12/1), King Jeremy (14/1), Officers Mess (20/1), Smartiepants (50/1), Cheval Place (66/1)
The formbook is lacking greatly for this finale, with only two of the 11 declared runners having been seen in public before. Of those, Riders Onthe Storm sets only a modest target to aim at for the newcomers. The market should ultimately serve as the best guide but Stooshie looks the more likely candidate from two out of the Elliott team. A chance is taken on EARLY DOORS however given that the trainer/jockey have already combined to good effect since the turn of the year. Frank Wilde is another worth keeping an eye on.
1. Early Doors
2. Stooshie
3. Frank Wilde
