Has a likeable pedigree but never landed a blow on debut in a weak maiden over C&D and shaped as if she needs more time. Probably best watched just for now.
Little to enthuse about from his two starts so far; he may do better in handicaps in the future, though.
Ran promisingly on his solitary start last term but was a disappointing favourite last time out. The market will be the best portent to the expectations held of him successfully dropping back in trip on this occasion.
Typically for a Mark Johnson-trained horse, this fellow is already earning his corn and being kept relatively busy in comparison to some of his rivals. He is bred to appreciate an artificial surface and, having fared well at a couple of the other AW tracks, he comes here with solid claims of putting his experiences to good use. Shortlist material at least.
Bred to appreciate this type of surface but failed the form of his debut run makes for uninspiring reading. Obviously its early days for him, but he may just need a little more time.
Has yet to make a noteworthy impact, so difficult to recommend on the evidence available. (Also entered for Wolverhampton on Thursday.)
Never better than midfield on his debut at Kempton but did get the hang of things near the finish. He was an expensive purchase when he went through the sales ring and his connections can have drawn encouragement from his debut run; he looks a likely candidate for a small handicap somewhere along the line.
Plenty to like about her attitude in each of her first three starts, which culminated with a sound effort in defeat over the minimum trip last time out. This extra couple of furlongs will be much more likely to suit and, given today's pilot takes 5lb off her back with her claim, a big run cannot be discounted.
Failed to beat a single horse home on her debut and, having been outpaced from a long way out, she is very difficult to fancy this time around.

Forecasts
Havelock (2/1), Road To Dubai (9/4), Mitigate (9/2), Arctic Sea (9/2), Dark Titan (5/1), Swilly Bay (12/1), King Otto (33/1), Tilly's Bridge (40/1), Noreena (100/1), Akuna Mattatta (100/1)
Most of these have the makings of modest handicappers at best; the likes of Mitigate, Dark Titan and Swilly Bay are names to conjuror with, as they gain in experience. However, HAVELOCK makes plenty of appeal as one that has already shown a willingness for a battle and he is taken to prove the handicapper right in his assumption that he is the best horse in the race at this stage.
1. Havelock
2. Mitigate
3. Dark Titan
