Starting to see daylight as far as the handicapper is concerned but has something to prove on his first attempt over this trip. Swapped his usual visor for cheekpieces last time out but never looked like he going to prevail, so the percentage call is to oppose him again with the same tactics set to be employed.

Unexposed over the trip, so it is entirely feasible that a good test of stamina might bring the best out of her. She went close on her only previous attempt over C&D, which bodes well for what may well develop into a tactical little affair.

In good form over 1m4f but has shaped as if a sterner test will not be an issue. Slightly disconcerting that the visor failed to have the desired effect last time out, but he doesn't have too many miles on the clock, so may well improve again now there is more emphasis being put on his stamina.

An interesting contender for a race like this; he has acquitted himself well since arriving from France and is open to further improvement at the trip. He also handled this course well despite being run out of things close to home last time out. This is his third outing since the turn of the year, so the hint is taken that his connections feel a busy little spell with ideally suit their charge.

A dual purpose performer, his stamina in not an issue in this company. However, he does lack scope for improvement and needs to run very close to the best of his ability on the Flat if he is going to be a leading player on these terms.

Fit from a campaign over Jumps but its been a long time since he tasted success on the Flat and, as he makes a belated debut on an AW surface, there are enough chinks in the armour to resist getting involved with him from a betting perspective this time around.

Forecasts

Remember The Man (1/1), Bamako Du Chatelet (3/1), Dakota City (7/1), Saint Honore (8/1), Tempuran (10/1), Jolly Roger (20/1)

Verdict

Much depends upon how REMEMBER THE MAN copes with this test of his stamina. However, the Ex-French horse has more scope than Saint Honore and Bamako Du Chatelet and is worth keeping faith with on this occasion. Dakota City is an interesting one for a similar event and worth keeping tabs on now the handicapper has cut him some slack. 1. Remember The Man 2. Saint Honore 3. Bamako Du Chatelet
