Been in rattling good form over timber of late having made the switch to this trainer. Short layoff ahead of chase debut and dangerous to write him off.

Was often unreliable as a hurdler and two starts recently over the larger obstacles have also proved fruitless, pulled up at Gowran Park a fortnight ago.
Fair ability as a hurdler, jumping rather let him down on recent chase debut at Down Royal with rider unseated at the fifth fence. Needs to improve in that department.
Showed up well enough in two starts as a chaser to suggest he'll do well, form over hurdles also suggests this drop in trip will be very much to his liking.

Has found it tough in three starts over fences, most notably when dropping to this trip last time out at Gowran Park a fortnight ago.

His jumping at least held up last time out in a race where three of his six rivals came to grief. Previous chase start had resulted in a fall, hard to build a case for success in this.

Nowhere near as good as some of these rivals over hurdles and has toiled badly on both starts as a chaser.
Bit disappointing he couldn't offer more in the finish at Limerick over Christmas having led, but his three efforts over fences have all offered reasons to be optimistic and is open to more.

Lightly raced maiden hurdler winner, doesn't appear to one of the trainer's brightest prospects and has struggled with fences up until now.

Two prior runs over fences came in the autumn of 2015, not completely without promise then but will need significant improvement on hurdles form to land any sort of blow.

Some fair form over hurdles and could be the sort to better now sent chasing, potential improver.

Mare hasn't shown up strongly in two starts over fences, may require some time to adapt having been decent as a hurdler.

Made chase debut at Fairyhouse last weekend, finishing in midfield having never threatened to get involved.
Never a factor in chase bow at Gowran Park a fortnight ago, early blunder setting him on the back foot and failed to recover.
Very modest hints of promise in two chase starts to date, has to find more if getting in as first reserve.
Likely to struggle against some of these, took a tired fall at Limerick last month when beat and third reserve in this.

Verdict

Blackmail was one to note on his second start over fences at Leopardstown in December. He appeared set to challenge but didn't sustain his effort in the home straight. The drop in trip should suit him but the same can be said of DON'T TOUCH IT. Jessica Harrington's runner has some smart form as a hurdler at two-miles and has run well enough on two chase starts over further to suggest a race like this is well within his compass now. O Ceallaigh faded a bit tamely last time at Limerick but he's shown enough in three starts over fences to merit some consideration while Cloudy Morning is an intriguing recruit as he's been in fine fettle over timber. Dicosimo remains as something of an enigma and is tough to recommend, despite clearly having talent. 1. Don't Touch It 2. Blackmail 3. Cloudy Morning
