Still a maiden after ten starts but has run okay around here last time and has finished runner-up here before. Often tends to dominate from the front and chance she may be able to dictate matters with a handy draw.
Course winner that's well handicapped on old form. Finally took advantage of his low mark at Brighton four starts back but reverted to type more recently with several disappointing and inconsistent efforts. Another who may try and go from the front.
Inconsistent type. One win from eleven starts and benefited from a strong pace on that sole win. Looks a complicated type and others preferred.
Overall AW record isn't bad but struggling since joining this yard, failing to land a blow on all four starts. Better last time but likely to need more here.
Formerly with Ed Walker, and runner up at this course (7f) on stable debut in December 2015. Coped well with the step up in trip last time when going off too fast but staying on well and finishing third of eight, so slightly surprising to see him back over this distance. Talented claimer takes off 5lb now though and that could make all the difference.
Unplaced on all four starts to date and tailed off last on handicap debut next time. Hard to fancy.
In fine form recently and showed a liking for this track when getting off the mark here last time, returning from a small break. 4lb higher mark demands more and likely to be plenty of pace on but respected all the same.
Modest performer who failed to build on his win here last month with three moderate subsequent efforts. He needs everything to go his own way and his tendency to throw in the towel is off-putting.
Not won or placed since June 2014 when winning off a two-and-a-half stone higher mark at Leopardstown. Doesn't look completely out of love with the game so there's a chance he will bounce back at some stage but too risky to be considered for win purposes.

Forecasts
Boychick (5/2), Glorious Asset (5/2), Paper Faces (4/1), John Caesar (4/1), King Oswald (15/2), Commissar (12/1), General Brook (16/1), Ferryview Place (20/1), Ifan (20/1), Just For Show (100/1)
Boychick, Ifan and Paper Faces are all likely to want a piece of the lead so we shouldn't be short of pace in the race. That could play into the hands of JOHN CAESAR who likes to come fast and late and his apprentice jockey is worth his 5lb claim. Glorious Asset is another who has a talented claimer well worth his 5lb and he proved he was still in good form last time. The aforementioned Boychick has gone up 4lb but is likely to remain competitive if returning in the same form as at the start of the year.
1. John Caesar
2. Glorious Asset
3. Boychick
