Raced solely at Chelmsford in three starts since switching from turf this winter, and a runner up there over 7f in early November, he quickly went one better the following week when an easy three plus length winner (same trip). Had a 9lb hike for that success and below par last time (over a mile), but contender here back in trip with stable apprentice taking the mount.

Whilst he might not be as effective on Tapeta, he's most likely thrown in here off this mark and looks the type to run up a sequence for Keith Dalgleish.
