Carries a 7lb penalty for his win at Fontwell 11 days ago and still looks ahead of the handicapper on only his fifth hurdling start.
Been struggling over fences of late and connections will be hoping a return to hurdles will spark him back to life. He's not, however, a prolific winner.
Yet to kick on from winning a Doncaster Novice Hurdle last January and connections reach for cheek-pieces to try and liven him up here.
Been very in and out over the larger obstacles recently and is currently on an 11 race losing streak. Conditions do suit today, however, and handicapper has given him a chance.
Up 5lbs for winning at Sedgefield on Boxing Day but still lightly raced and every chance he can overcome the weight rise. Trainer has an okay record at the track from limited runners.
Struggling for form on recent starts and all previous winners have come on quicker ground.
Handicapper had his measure since winning at Taunton in December 2015 and although he is coming back down the handicap he does still look a shade high at present.
One win from 25 attempts under NH rules and on a hefty losing streak. Will handle soft ground but all wins (flat and jumps) have come on left-handed tracks.
Still a maiden over jumps after ten starts and his best form to date has come on good ground. Yard are 0/29 in the last 90 days.

Forecasts
Walt (10/11), All For The Best (5/1), Doctor Look Here (6/1), Farm The Rock (6/1), Cadoudoff (8/1), Wizards Bridge (8/1), Chase End Charlie (10/1), Mondello (25/1), Ardkilly Witness (25/1), Quebec (33/1), Istimraar (66/1)
WALT still looks well ahead of the handicapper and the 7lb penalty he carries for victory at Fontwell 11 days ago shouldn't be enough to stop him. The handicapper has given Ardkilly Witness a chance and he can go well under conditions that will suit whilst All For The Best should make his presence felt despite the ground maybe being softer than ideal for him.
1. Walt
2. Ardkilly Witness
3. All For The Best
