Trainer has a strike rate of one winner from 40 runners this year and this trip looks far enough on debut.
Cost 70,000 Gns as a yearling and having been bought for just £1,500 from Godolphin for this yard, she has it all to prove. 62% of trainer's winners have come when this jockey is riding but this filly may prove better with age.
Improved from debut run to finish fifth of 10 last time but will probably need to improve plenty again to get involved here and she qualifies for a handicap mark after this run.
Finished last on opening two starts and has a lengthy absence to overcome here. Tough draw to boot and hard to fancy on stable debut.
Cost connections 90,000 Gns and debut third at Lingfield looked a promising start for this daughter of Oasis Dream. Inexperience got the better of her when she missed the break here last time and step up in trip should suit; a likely player in here.
Only minor promise on debut and not been seen since. Has an extra two furlongs and a tough draw to contend with; market likely to reveal expectations.
This distance looks realistic and a good chance she'll go on this surface. Trainer has a good record with horses on debut on the AW so very much respected.
Only minor promise in two starts to date and likely to do better with time. Eligible for handicaps after this race.
Sire's progeny have a good record on polytrack. Likely to want further with time but not ruled out with any market support.
Trainer has a smart record with his debutantes at this course (15.2%). However, she's bred to stay plenty further than this so she may prove better with time over further.
Sire's runners do well on this surface and trainer has a respectable record around here. His strike rate dips in fillies' races though and the market looks the best guide on this occasion.
Trainer has done well with his AW runners over the last year and he's somewhat surprisingly never trained any Shamardal progeny. The sire has a fantastic record on synthetic surfaces and trip looks about right so she must have leading claims here.
Trainer has a good strike-rate around here and does well on the AW generally. This trip may stretch her on debut though and others preferred.
Well beaten fourth on debut last time and well positioned when nothing appeared to get in to the race from off the pace. Needs plenty more in this contest but that's not impossible if she comes on for her debut run.
Forecasts
Dreaming Of Paris (5/4), Persistence (15/8), Satin Ribbon (15/2), Melodine (14/1), Raweeya (16/1), Summer Falls (25/1), Seeking Attention (25/1), Driver's Girl (33/1), Sublime (33/1), Mayflair (50/1), Feisty One U R (66/1), Penny Poet (100/1), L'ami De Rouge (150/1), Swinford Lass (200/1)
One of the newcomers, SATIN RIBBON has a precocious pedigree and her trainer has been doing well on the AW this year. If she's above average she may be able to get off the mark on debut. George Baker's runners need plenty of respect on debut and there's a good chance Feisty One U R could make her present felt at the first time of asking. Dreaming Of Paris has experience on her side and she may be able to get closer to getting her head in front if she can break better.
