Only raced twice since winning over C&D in December 2015, so obviously has he issues. Never dangerous in a similar event at Newcastle a fortnight ago, and looks opposable under topweight.
Has gone well here in the past but this trip is his bare minimum - others preferred.
Likes to make the running and is getting the hang of things on an AW surface. Interesting he is tried with a tongue tie for the first time. One to bear in mind.
A consistent type at his own level but is another who appears to be better over a slightly longer trip.
Good record on the AW and is back on a winning mark. Best coming late off a strong pace so very feasible he will have the race run to suit his style.
Ran a good race in first time blinkers on his penultimate start but reverted to type last time out. Still a maiden and one to be wary of just now.
Not without ability but he never seems to run two races the same. Is due a good one but cannot be relied upon to pull out all the stops.
Handles the AW but is on a long losing run. He may have needed the run at Newcastle last month as he was returning from a short break, but it was hardly an inspiring effort and didn't show enough to merit a solid recommendation.
Modest performer who failed to build on his win here last month with two moderate subsequent efforts. He needs everything to go his own and his tendency to throw in the towel is off-putting.
Closely matched with Ferryview Prince and makes a similar amount of appeal as a reliable betting proposition.
Shown nothing to suggest he is ready to relinquish his maiden tag just yet.

John Caesar (7/2), Ferryview Place (5/1), Amor Invicto (11/2), The Dukkerer (6/1), Pensax Lady (7/1), Sheer Intensity (15/2), Dove Mountain (9/1), Lutine Charlie (10/1), Rocket Ronnie (12/1), Mount Cheiron (14/1), Sir Lancelott (16/1), Poor Duke (50/1), Mcelligott (100/1)
Not the most consistent bunch ever to have been brought together on a racecourse but it does present a good opportunity for determined contender to shine. JOHN CAESARr fits the bill and he edges the nomination ahead of Rocket Ronnie and Sheer Intensity.
