Progressive type who recorded seven wins (one over C&D) over the course of last season's AW campaign. Been below form in two Kempton runs since but the latter of those was after a summer break and he may well come on for that. Good chance he can resume progress here back down in Class and he should get a good pace to aim at.
Habitual front-runner who is back down to his last winning mark and holds a good attitude towards his racing. Claims on that basis but he has strong competition for the lead here and he's zero from four attempts at this course.
Made a promising start to his career and finished second in a Listed race at Deauville in 2014 but the fact he hasn't placed in his last 19 starts tells it's own story. Signs of a return to form on his most recent start at Newcastle and the trainer's likely to get a win out of him at some stage but he's hard to have a lot of faith in and he's unproven over this far.
Just one hurdles win to his name and while he has performed well over C&D, he looks like he needs more relief from the handicapper.
Progressing nicely for new yard this season and probably went off a little two hard in front last time. Showed on his previous effort this mark wasn't beyond him, when he was a close up second and has placed at both attempts over this C&D so he shouldn't be ruled out.
Disappointed when favourite last time out and may have struggled to quicken off a slow pace there. Likely he's still in form and he looked a smart staying prospect on first two starts in his career. With a less exposed profile than most of these, he's likely to be of warm order again.
Bounced back to form last time out and probably had a bit more up up his sleeve than the winning margin suggests. Front three finished clear that day and the handicapper hasn't over-reacted so he should be thereabouts with a talented claimer in the saddle.
Shaped as if amiss in two starts after his maiden victory and his run last time out didn't suggest he was in much better form so easy to oppose.
Very consistent and a straightforward type but he's been creeping up the handicap without winning and others look on a better mark.

This looks like an open affair but TANGRAMM was highly progressive last season and he may be able to build on a recenet comeback run where he ran well for long way, shaping like he needed the run. He's down in Class and taken to resume his progress. Talented claimer Tyler Saunders claimed his first winning ride last time out and he reunites with his winning partner Clovelly Bay here. He beat a smart type and they pulled clear of the field that day so he's potentially well-handicapped. Hermann doesn't have many miles on the clock and even though he disappointed as favourite last time, he's likely to still be in form and should prove better than that run.
