Has been in fine form of late placing in all of his last five starts without getting his head in front. He's finished behind some progressive rivals such as Qaffaal and Chester Street and this looks like a weaker race so may be able to get his head in front for the first time since May.
An inconsistent performer who has never won from a mark this high and may well struggle again here. Probably needs relief from the handicapper.
Ran a fine race behind Flaming Spear over C&D last time out finishing second. That rival looks well-handicapped on old form so he may well have more to give and the yard are in flying form.
Has failed to place in his last 18 starts and hasn't won since a win at Epsom in July 2014. Hard to fancy purely off the back of that but trainer has a good record with getting formerly useful performers to get back on track.
Shown very little for this yard in four starts to date. Seems to be regressing and handicap mark is sliding as a result but some signs of a revival are needed before becoming a betting proposition.
One win from seven starts, that came and Southwell and she seems to enjoy that course having finished second their last time out. Has to prove she can go on the tapeta surface but is less exposed than all of these and may have more to come.
Has three wins over C&D to his name and appears to be in the form of his life but up another 7lb for his latest win here and there has to be fears the handicapper is catching up with him judged on the distance of that victory.
