Verdict

PROTECTRIX left previous efforts behind when making a successful handicap debut over C&D 3 weeks ago and with further improvement on the cards, John Butler's filly gets the tentative vote to follow up. Heading up the dangers is Assiri Heights, who also took a step forward switched to a handicap last time, with Mertoun and Kitaro Kich taken to fight out minor honours.
