Verdict

TONAL thrived on the all-weather last winter and his Ffos Las success in June showed he's well treated from his lower turf mark. Up 5 lb but looks capable of defying it if returning from a break in top form. Blue Hero has 11 course wins here and went agonisingly close over C&D 11 days ago so looks sure to go well, while Decalogue improved further at Salisbury recently and wears first-time cheekpieces, which could help here.
