Verdict

A huge field for this valuable novice. Preference is for DESERT LEGEND, who showed plenty to work on first time up when third at Windsor recently and with improvement on the cards, Richard Hannon's colt gets the nod to go a couple of places better. This step up to 6f will suit Minster Boy, so he rates a significant threat, while Old Oak, Wolf Bay and Banged Up look debutants to note and the market should be a decent guide to their chances.

  2. MINSTER BOY (IRE)
  3. OLD OAK (IRE)
