Forecasts

The Mourne Rambler (11/8), Boycetown (5/1), Dromard (7/1), The Wager (15/2), Love Sign D'aunou (9/1), With Nolimit (14/1), Low Kick (14/1), The Irish Avatar (20/1), Barnahash Prince (25/1), Of Land And Sea (66/1)

Verdict

THE MOURNE RAMBLER was well suited by how the Champion Bumper unfolded, but he still quickened clear in good style and has to be considered the one to beat, especially faced with similarly speed-favouring conditions. Dromard is a fascinating contender following his impressive debut success at Gowran in early March, while his stablemate The Wager is expected to finish closer to the selection this time after not enjoying the smoothest of runs in the Champion Bumper.

  2. DROMARD (FR)
  3. THE WAGER (IRE)
