Verdict

THE WALLPARK does need to show his jumping can stand up to the rigours of a big-field handicap chase but he produced a much-improved effort over fences when second in a Navan Graded novice last time and he's won a competitive handicap over hurdles off a higher mark than this. Gorgeous Tom has been given time since his cracking effort in the Coral Gold Cup at Newbury and is second choice ahead of Broomfield Bijou and Willie Mullins handicap chase newcomer Fishery Lane.
