Verdict

This is all about WILSTAR, who is from a top-class family and while he failed to justify favouritism on debut at Warwick, it was still a highly promising debut in finishing third in that 14-runner bumper, without being given a hard time. Spectacularsunrise wasn't discredited in what looked a borderline-useful contest at Kempton and he is next on the list. The Hatchet was fourth in the Ayr bumper won by Sanilam but he arguably possesses the greater potential and should also have a part to play.
