Rock D'oro (8/13), Cosmic Year (5/2), Keble Spirit (15/2), Desert Heart (22/1), Quai De Bethune (33/1), Duke Orsino (50/1), Follow Your Dream (200/1)

Verdict

ROCK D'ORO produced a highly promising debut effort when chasing home subsequent Champagne Stakes winner Bay City Roller at Chelmsford 3 weeks ago and, with progress anticipated, he makes obvious appeal if proving as effective on turf. Cosmic Year has a smashing pedigree and Harry Charlton's newcomer could well emerge as the chief threat, ahead of fellow debutants Keble Spirit and Quai de Bethune.
