Verdict

The last three runnings of this have been won by 6-y-os and SLIP OF THE TONGUE is taken to extend the winning sequence for that age. A listed winner and twice placed in Graded company over hurdles, he stepped up on his previous efforts in this sphere when third at Gowran and is open to improvement now upped in trip for this handicap bow. Fellow 6-y-o Yeah Man, a winner over hurdles last time, is also open to improvement and heads the dangers along with Percy Warner and Must Be Obeyed.
