Verdict

BELLAGIO MAN did mighty well under the circumstances when second to an improver from the Richard Fahey yard at Newcastle last week, in turn pulling nicely clear of the rest. Dropping to the minimum trip shouldn't be a problem and he could be the answer. An on-song Dusky Prince would be a big threat off this reduced mark, while Pop Dancer merits respect and the selection's stablemate Yaahobby also has claims.
