Verdict

Aidan O'Brien has saddled the winner of this maiden numerous times over the years and in PEKING OPERA he fields a very strong candidate this time round. The Galileo colt shaped well when runner-up over 7f on his debut at Naas last month and it's likely that moving up to a mile here will help unlock improvement. Stablemate Bertinelli ticks plenty of the right boxes on paper and may emerge as the main danger ahead of fellow newcomer Sea Gardens.
