Verdict

EL MUCHACHO ran to a fairly useful level despite failing to meet expectations at Plumpton on his debut in May and a reproduction of that form should make him hard to beat with a hood now added. Rules newcomer Proper Twelve represents a stable that does well in this sphere, so has to be respected, while Fortuna Ligna could prove a different proposition after 11 months off.
