APPIER was a completely different proposition switched to handicaps when an easy winner here last week and he looks a fair way ahead of the assessor under a penalty with this trip likely to suit. A prominent showing from Gibside (clear second in that contest) in race 5 on the card would strengthen his claims further. Amzaan represents a yard in excellent order and is seond choice.
