AVOIR DE SOINS is just 2 lb higher than for his breakthrough success in a Lingfield handicap chase for Anthony Honeyball last winter, and he may well be the answer if fully tuned-up for this yard debut. Newberry New ended last term in good heart and isn't passed over lightly, but his record when fresh is off-putting and Begoodtoyourself, who has been knocking on the door of late, is feared most.
