Sea Storm (11/2), Viva Voce (11/2), Nordic Fire (6/1), Rocket Dancer (8/1), Exhalation (17/2), Sparkle In His Eye (17/2), Van Dijk (17/2), Thaayer (9/1), Paddy Elliott (11/1), Stand Free (20/1), Top Attraction (25/1), Internationaltiger (28/1), Aoife's Joy (40/1), Inexplicable (66/1)

Marginal preference in a tightly-knit handicap is for THAAYER who arrives on the back of a C&D success and has only a 1 lb higher mark to overcome. Sea Storm didn't enjoy the rub of the green when seventh at Beverley and is weighted to have a say so rates the chief threat. Nordic Fire appeals as the pick of the remainder.
