Verdict

PATROCLUS was unable to justify strong support when runner-up on his hurdles debut at Warwick last month, yet that was still an effort containing promise (winner shaped well in a Grade 2 since) and he's fancied to make his mark with progress anticipated for his leading stable. Astigar ran well when runner-up on his respective bumper debut and is feared, along with Fletch and Taste The Fear.
