Shearer (3/1), Pats Fancy (10/3), Quid Pro Quo (4/1), Early Morning Dew (13/2), Theme Tune (8/1), Gentleman Kap (9/1), Flann (12/1), Big G (14/1), Gentleman Valley (14/1), Jazz King (16/1), Lusitanien (25/1), Gentle River (33/1), Joe Kidd (50/1), Libberty Hunter (66/1)

PATS FANCY is more battle-hardened than the bulk of his rivals and showed enough when second at Ffos Las recently to think he's capable of landing an event like this even with the presence of some fascinating newcomers. Shearer and Gentleman Valley both cost plenty as stores and boast appealing pedigrees, so they're worth noting first time out.
