Forecast

Here Comes Johny (6/5), Elmdale (5/2), Switch Hitter (11/4), The Weasel (20/1), Irish Sovereign (50/1)

Verdict

Having landed an Irish point in February, HERE COMES JOHNY offered plenty to work on when runner-up in a Market Rasen bumper 3 weeks ago and looks the one to beat now hurdling. Switch Hitter was a £120,000 purchase after a win between the flags and he won't lack for fitness on hurdles debut representing Paul Nicholls, so he's feared most.

  1. HERE COMES JOHNY (IRE)
  2. SWITCH HITTER (IRE)
  3. ELMDALE (FR)
