Mayaas (10/3), Minzaal (7/2), Inveigle (7/2), Mohawk King (6/1), Churchill Bay (15/2), Hamoudi (17/2), Royal Musketeer (10/1), Shanghai Rock (14/1), Tacitus (20/1), Carbon Positive (25/1), El Patron (40/1)
MAYAAS offered something to work on when fourth to Cobh on his debut, and that experience will stand him in good stead in a field mostly comprise of newcomers. Of those, Mohawk King, representing last year's winning stable, looks best, although most of them appeal enough on paper to need a market check. Tacitus hails from a yard whose juveniles are meant to improve markedly for a run, but which has had three winning newcomers from limited chances this summer, so could be underestimated, a comment which applies to El Patron, whose stable has punched above its weight this term.
