The colt won the Two-year-old Trophy at Redcar on his last start on heavy ground in October and can progress in this event at the expense of the Ger Lyons-trained Nurse Barbara who ran well in defeat in the Group 1 Cheveley Park at Newmarket when last seen in September. Southern Hills, off the mark at the third time of asking for connections in the Listed Windsor Castle Stakes at Royal Ascot 12 months ago and Pistoletto, second in a Group 3 contest at Newmarket in October look capable of hitting the frame for trainer Aidan O'Brien.
