A tight one to call as there is little to choose between the likes of Medieval, Marshal Dan and Rock The Cradle (assuming the last named turns out here after missing his intended engagement at Newmarket on Friday.) However, slender preference is for CITY WANDERER who is better than he showed at Epsom last time out, where he never really got into contention after stumbling leaving the starting stalls. That run can be forgiven and the selection, who had previously been enjoying his racing, could well have his fire rekindled by the first-time cheekpieces and he can get back to winning ways.
