Summer Sands is undoubtedly capable of building upon a respectable opening effort at York behind Bomb Proof in a race which has yielded a couple of subsequent winners, while the appropriately named Dream Shot hit the target at the first time of asking at Goodwood a fortnight ago. However, the standout form-based choice is the Woodcote Stakes runner up OH PURPLE REIGN. Furthermore, his debut win at Nottingham (6f) was given a timely boost by the runner up Dubai Station at Haydock on Thursday.
