Very similar to Division 1 of this contest, but perhaps slightly weaker overall on paper. The pick of the newcomers could be the Tom Clover-trained Cheng Gong, who is a half-brother to a couple of winners (7f-1m), and comes from a 7f Listed winning juvenile dam. However, the standout form contender is SAM COOKE. He was delivered with a winning run on debut at Kempton (1m) recently only to find the more experienced Artois (Hugo Palmer) stronger. Assuming that he's capable of putting that banked experience to good use, he should prove highly competitive under Harry Bentley.

- Cheng Gong
