Craigmor (2/1), Mr Mafia (5/2), Nemean Lion (9/1), Havisham (9/1), Dinsdale (16/1), Mitebeall Forluck (16/1), Sgroppino (16/1), Little Windmill (20/1), Porto Du Sud (20/1), Seniergues (28/1), No Alarm (28/1), More Than Luck (33/1), Golden Sandstorm (33/1), Strike Fear (100/1)

Verdict

There are doubts about most of these so a chance is taken that PORTO DU SUD can improve on recent efforts. He hinted at something better to come last time. Olly Murphy runs three and Craigmor might be the best of them, while Sgroppino is the only runner of the day for a top yard and it wouldn't surprise to see him attracting support despite having failed to set the world alight thus far. Havisham is porbably flattered by his win last time, and Mr Mafia has gone up in the weights following two recent wins but looks a genuine candidate. Seniergues and Golden Sandstorm are others who may get involved.
  1. Porto Du Sud
  2. Sgroppino
  3. Mr Mafia
