Oldgrangewood (4/1), Vic De Touzaine (9/2), O Maonlai (13/2), Vibrato Valtat (13/2), Thomas Crapper (8/1), More Buck's (8/1), Hollywoodien (9/1), Dresden (9/1), Tornado In Milan (12/1), Shadows Lengthen (25/1)

Verdict

OLDGRANGEWOOD has been improving with every start recently and he looks capable of handling the step up in class in his bid for a hat-trick. He looks versatile regards ground and trip and he should cope with his 9lb rise in the weights. Vic De Touzaine would be of interest if conditions soften after a promising reappearance effort after nearly a year off the track while the booking of Richard Johnson aboard Dresden is eye-catching and he may be able to end his long losing run after a fine effort last time under top weight. Last year's winning trainer saddles Vibrato Valtat and More Buck's and the field wouldn't want to let the latter get an easy lead despite the fact his jumping can leave a lot to be desired.
  1. Oldgrangewood
  2. Dresden
  3. Vic De Touzaine
