Berlios (5/2), Crosse Fire (4/1), Piazon (5/1), Englishwoman (15/2), Brockholes (10/1), Mysterious Look (11/1), Red Stripes (12/1), Rocking Rudolph (12/1), Waneen (16/1), Archimedes (20/1), Misu Moneypenny (25/1), King Crimson (100/1)
A fascinating contest and a strong one for the grade with a few that could prove their worth outside of this company. Piazon has been called a few names in the past but is in a good period of form at the moment and he clearly goes well on this surface although his double-figure draw make his task slightly more awkward. Englishwoman is another contender who has some very solid form here and was possibly a little unlucky over 6f last time out in a race that didn’t quite work out for her. Back to 5f here there is a slight doubt that she may find things happening a little quickly for her. Crosse Fire has been gradually working his way back to form and looks very well handicapped on his old form. His stable have also been getting back to form and with a clean exit from the stalls he must be respected. BERLIOS has shown up well in both his starts here and although he may be better suited by 6f, he should still be able compete over 5f and his mark of 73 looks a very workable one for a stable that do well with their runners at this track.
1. Berlios
2. Crosse Fire
3. Englishwoman
