Tracked leading trio, quick move on outside into 3rd halfway, went 2nd 2f out, ridden and lost 2nd approaching final furlong, hung left and bumped inside final furlong, soon struck by rival whip, 3rd and held when eased well inside final furlong

Chased winner until ridden 2f out, chased leaders, weakened inside final furlong
