Brushed up his jumping and bagged small-field 3m handicap chases at Ffos Las and Wetherby in March. Failed to get home (eventually pulled up) in handicap chase at Haydock (3½m, good) following month. Not out of things on his return.
Looked on the up when making a successful handicap hurdling debut at Musselburgh (3m, soft) in February but came in a well-held fourth at Chepstow (3m) following month. Runner-up in a point and he remains with potential now going chasing.
A fair chaser at his best in 2024/25 (gained a first success over fences at Galway) for Henry De Bromhead. Returns from 19 months off for his new yard here and the market can prove a good guide.
Runner-up in an Irish point. Left his hurdles form well behind when successful on his first 2 runs over fences in 2½m handicaps at Plumpton. Didn't jump so well when a fair third of 7 in handicap chase at Fontwell (19f, good to firm) in April. Remains likely capable of better on his reappearance.
Fair winning form (at up to 2½m) over hurdles and when in the frame over fences in France in 2024/25. Failed to match that level over hurdles on these shores last term but could still do better back chasing now.
A fair hurdles winner for Henry de Bromhead who turned in her best effort for current connections when third of 6 in 3m Chepstow handicap hurdle in April. Lost her action on only previous go over fences and could fare better on her return.
Doubled his tally returned to hurdling in 5-runner handicap at Newton Abbot (3¼m, good) in June. Third on chasing debut over 21f here the previous month so can't be discounted back in this sphere.
Got off the mark in 2½m handicap hurdle here in May 2024. Lightly raced since but resumed from 14 months off with an excellent third at Wetherby in January. Well-held second back here (2½m, heavy) in March though. Goes chasing now.
Landed a gamble with a smooth success in 6-runner handicap chase at Huntingdon (2½m, heavy) in February. Hasn't proved the most consistent though so needs to back it up on his reappearance.

Forecasts
Gustapof (5/2), Crystello (5/2), Ionity (6/1), Love Me (15/2), The Grey Man (17/2), Jack's Jury (17/2), Rap Soul (14/1), Owl Of Athens (18/1), Doonbeg Don (150/1)
A few with chances and it could pay to side with RAP SOUL to make a winning return given he had looked progressive until just a fair third at Fontwell on his final run. Harry Derham's fencing newcomer Crystello brings potential and could emerge as the chief threat ahead of The Grey Man and Gustapof.
- Rap Soul14/1
- Crystello5/2
- The Grey Man17/2
