Fair maiden hurdler in France but well held in novice at this course (2¼m) on British debut in November, before pulled up in 2 starts over fences. Off 9 months and needs to get back on track making handicap hurdle debut on first run since leaving Warren Greatrex.
Winning Irish pointer who confirmed the promise of his previous effort when opening his Rules account in 7-runner handicap hurdle at Fakenham (2½m) in April, showing a good attitude. Respected with more still to offer up in trip.
Showed ability when placed on sole outing in bumpers. Looked in need of the experience in 2 starts over hurdles in April, jumping none too fluently when third of 7 in mares novice over C&D on latest outing, but she's one to note quickly switched to handicaps.
Maiden on the Flat who was much improved from hurdling debut when runner-up to the useful Maestro Conti in juvenile event at Kempton's Christmas meeting. Hasn't kicked on since, though, too free sent handicapping when down the field here (2¼m) in August.
Fair bumper winner in Ireland who has shown encouragement in a trio of starts over hurdles for current yard, beaten only by the odds-on favourite in 11-runner maiden at Hereford (2½m) in April. Appeals as the type to do better in handicaps given her bumper form.
Won back-to-back handicap chases in December, latterly at this venue (19f). However, his form has been mixed back over hurdles last 3 starts, following a creditable third of 6 over C&D with a poor run when tailed off here 23 days ago. Switches back to cheekpieces.

Forecasts
Ballymoreen (4/5), Atreides (9/2), That Is Blue (6/1), Brave Guest (8/1), Painted Wolf (9/1), Just Forty (50/1)
BALLYMOREEN made the frame twice from her 3 starts over hurdles earlier in the year and, having previously shown fair form in Irish bumpers, she remains with potential as she makes her handicap debut. She gets the vote ahead of Painted Wolf, who was successful at Fakenham when last seen, with That Is Blue also considered.
