Too Darn Hot colt who was strong in the betting and picked up in taking fashion to make a winning debut at Newmarket (6f) in August. Couldn't progress from that immediately pitched in to Group 3 company last month but he rates a major player back in calmer waters under a penalty.
Space Traveller colt who was learning by the finish when fifth on debut at Carlisle (6f) in August but shaped as if still badly in need of the experience (well backed) when fourth of 7 in a Redcar novice (6f) 33 days ago. Appeals as the type to do better as he matures.
Foaled February 22. Bated Breath gelding. Half-brother to 7f winner in France Idamante. Dam, German 9f winner, half-sister to smart German winner up to 1¾m Near England. Yard's newcomers usually better for a run.
At long odds and held back by inexperience when last of 10 in a Musselburgh maiden (5f, soft) back in April. Gelded/left Stephen Hanlon after and never figured on return in a Southwell maiden (6f) 4 days ago.
Lope Y Fernandez gelding who offered little at long odds in pair of novice/maidens last month. Low-grade nurseries promise to be more his thing after this.
150,000 gns yearling, Blue Point colt. Closely related to 8.3f winner Stella Lucente. Unfancied in the betting but he offered something to work on when sixth of 10 in a Newbury maiden (6f, firm) 7 weeks ago. In good hands and he should do better.
Perfect Power colt who appeals on paper and is in good hands but proved easy to back and finished well held when sixth of 7 in a Haydock novice (6f) 39 days ago. Should know more this time but others look stronger nevertheless.
A six-figure purchase both times he went through the sales ring who was learning on the job and ultimately ran to a fair level when beaten just under 2 lengths into sixth in a C&D maiden 10 days ago. Should be thereabouts again with a repeat.
€30,000 yearling, Supremacy colt. Big prices and looks a longer-term project judged on his 2 efforts to date.
Minzaal filly shaped well when a debut third of 7 in novice at Haydock (7f, good to soft) last month. Failed to repeat that tackling 1m/soft ground back there 16 days ago and likely she still has more to offer, not least when tackling handicaps. Down in trip now.

Forecasts
Great Balls O'Fire (6/5), Moofeed (11/8), Val De Grey (13/2), Benbecula (12/1), Powerful Force (20/1), Perfect Gal (40/1), Big Richard (50/1), Lord Bishop (200/1), Jaydee's Dream (250/1), Veloxian (250/1)
GREAT BALLS O'FIRE found the step up to Group company a bit too much, certainly at this stage of his career but he'd impressed when making a winning debut with a bit to spare at Newmarket in August and is fancied to be seen to much better effect back in calmer waters. Val de Grey and Benbecula may emerge as the chief dangers to Richard Spencer's colt.

- Benbecula12/1
