Placed in points. Fair maiden who finished second in Ballinrobe maiden/fourth in a Sligo handicap in August. Ran poorly at Kilbeggan subsequently, however, he should make a chaser and looks interesting on the pick of his hurdle form.

On the up when opening her account (despite hanging badly left run-in) at Limerick (23f, heavy) prior to a forgivable end-of-season effort. Attracted support at long odds when well held on return at Galway. May well do better with tongue strap added here, provided she handles contrasting ground.
Capitalised on a reduced mark at Roscommon (2Âľm) in June before bumping into one at Killarney. Didn't seem to stay at Roscommon (25f) and had again been left with plenty to do when exiting (through no fault of his own) late in the day here last time. Interesting off 1 lb lower if things fall right.
All-or-nothing sort. Latest win came here in summer 2024. No encouragement since returning from a lengthy absence and hopes of a revival pinned on more severe headgear.
Inconsistent mare whose sole win came in Limerick handicap hurdle (23f) in May last year. Hasn't scaled those heights for current yard this season (reflected in her mark). Remains to be seen if she's revitalised by the switch to fences.
Well supported when snapping long losing run over C&D in July. Unlucky to bump into a progressive one at this track subsequently and can have latest run in soft-ground handicap at Wexford (25f, soft) overlooked. Expected to give a good account here.
Point winner. No show at long odds in maiden chases either side of a career-best fourth (in first-time blinkers/tongue tie) in maiden hurdle at Wexford (3m). No surprise to see her make more impact now tackling a handicap chase.
Belatedly off the mark over fences in handicap at Limerick (23f) in May before following up over hurdles at Tramore. Best effort of his chase 4 runs since when beaten 11 lengths at Sligo on Wednesday. Needs to build on that back up in trip, though.
Veteran who has shown very little since 2024. Said to have bled when pulled up over hurdles at Bellewstown (2½m) latest.
From a staying chasing family. Season has been something of write-off since crashing out (might have won) at the last at Clonmel (2Âľm) in June. Hard to be confident on belated chasing debut, even with Jordan Gainford taking over.
Smooth-travelling winner of handicap hurdle/chase at Kilbeggan in 2024/5. Back on a workable mark having failed to fire in 3 starts this season, not for the first time hanging left when beaten 13 lengths on return to fences/Kilbeggan latest.
Winning pointer whose best effort over hurdles came when runner-up in 3m Wexford handicap in May. Shaped as if in need of the experience on chasing debut at the same track latest (needed early reminders). Still early days but will need to be a lot sharper second time up.
Trailblazing C&D winner who was successful over hurdles at Galway (soft) last autumn. Hasn't been in much form over fences of late, though, the first beaten on return to hurdles at Roscommon (2½m) last week.
Supported at long odds when winning handicap hurdle on second start for Denis Hogan at Wexford (17f) in July. Now switches to fences having struggled off higher marks since, with the markedly longer trip another possible catalyst for improvement. Worth a second look.
First form when mid-field in a Ballinrobe handicap hurdle in August. Never involved on chasing debut at (25f, soft) later that month. He'll need to leave that form well behind with 7-lb claimer back aboard (replacing Daniel King).

KILKEE BAY gets the nod over Cullenwaine in a tricky finale. Chasing debutants Keep Em Quite and Backinabit also appeal, especially if supported.
