CopyBet Arc Summer Chase Series Final Handicap Chase (GBB Race)

Dual chase winner in France. Wasted no time repeating that feat for new yard in the first half of the summer but the handicapper has been winning the argument since.

In good form in spring/early summer but has questions to answer after successive below-par efforts.

Completed a small-field hat-trick (first leg for Henry Daly) when seeing off 2 rivals at Market Rasen (21f, good) in July. Creditable efforts in defeat last twice (including here) but they underline that she needs a bit more from her mark.

Reliable sort who resumed winning ways in 5-runner handicap chase at Uttoxeter (2½m, good) in July. Ran his usual honest race when second over C&D since. First-time visor replaces regular cheekpieces.

Clumsy sort over hurdles but has taken well to chasing, winning second time out in 4-runner handicap chase at Bangor (2½m, good) in June. Hasn't been seen to best effect in his 2 outings since and remains of interest for in-from yard in a change of headgear (first-time blinkers).

Successful off this mark at Bangor (2½m) in March. Operating a little below that level in his 3 outings summer but every chance this valuable contest has been the main aim for a top stable well known for targeting these sort of races.

Without a win over hurdles but made a successful chasing debut over 2m here in July and followed up at Fontwell (2¼m, good to firm) 4 weeks ago by 9½ lengths from She Is For Me Boys. Won easing down so even an 8 lb rise doesn't look too severe.

Started the season with handicap chases wins at Stratford (21f) Fontwell (2¾m) and continued his run of good form when second of 5 over C&D (good to soft) 15 days ago. Should go well again.

Back to winning way in a small-field race over C&D (good to soft) in June. Disappointed when a remote third at Stratford next time but back on form when 9½ lengths second of 6 to Merely A Detail at Fontwell (2¼m, good to firm) 28 days ago.

Maiden over hurdles but different story over fences winning a pair of handicaps at up to 3m at Ffos Las in May. Very much the type to keep on improving.

Completed a hat-trick of chase/hurdles claimers in France this summer. Better effort in Fontwell handicap chases for new yard since when second of 3 over 2¾m 19 days ago but more will be needed to go one better in this deeper race.

Looked like one with problems towards the end of his time with Dan Skelton. Fair third over C&D on stable debut in May but has gone backwards since. It remains to be seen whether first-time cheekpieces make any difference.
