Justified support to land a Warwick bumper last October. Showed more than previously over hurdles (also did plenty wrong) when 12½ lengths third on qualifying run at Warwick (19f) in May. Opening mark looks lenient on his bumper form, and he has leading claims if putting it all together on return.
Fair bumper winner who hasn't matched his placed maiden hurdle form in handicaps. Did make more impact than of late when beaten 10¼ lengths in first-time cheekpieces at Sedgefield (2½m) latest, however, still has stamina to prove over this longer trip. Engaged 3.30 Sedgefield Wednesday.
Tumbled in weights since winning 4-runner event at Huntingdon (2½m) in May last year. Looks in reasonable heart judged on his most recent couple of efforts in 23f handicaps here (for all the form of those races hardly looks robust). Considered from a slipping mark.
Sole success came in a poor novice chase at Market Rasen (17f, heavy) last summer. No match for a thriving one in a handicap chase over track/trip latest. On a fair mark for this rare hurdle start, though may need plenty of assistance from the saddle to capitalise.

Fair form in bumpers. Let down by his jumping/temperament over hurdles, well-beaten third of 5 in maiden at Stratford (2m) on qualifying run in late-June. Hard to be confident he'll improve for the switch to a handicap/longer trip.
Standout effort when fourth in 2m course maiden last summer. Ran no sort of race in first-time tongue strap on return here (23f) latest.
Modest winner on Flat. Made slightly more impact than previously in this sphere when 12½ lengths third over C&D on penultimate start. Perhaps unsurprisingly failed to back that up (by a long chalk) here last time.
Relatively lightly-raced 4-y-o. Looked to be getting the hang of things with back-to-back places in novice handicaps at Uttoxeter/Stratford earlier this summer. Run of good form came to an abrupt halt when pulled up over C&D last time, though.
Runner-up in an Irish point. Hasn't got competitive under Rules, though, beaten 18¾ lengths on final start for Clare Hobson in early-June. Something to find at the weights on first start for new connections.

Forecasts
Traveling Soldier (11/8), Bathara (7/2), Ikigai Star (5/1), Usyk (10/1), American Empire (10/1), Babychino (10/1), Inca (25/1), Dynamite Defense (25/1), Farhh Echo (33/1)
This may go the way of handicap debutant BATHARA, who hasn't fully convinced with his attitude to date, but looks potentially well treated on his bumper form. It'll be no surprise to see Sean Bowen get a tune out of Traveling Soldier, and he's feared most.
